Does documentation reviewed mean a tool is safe?

No. On Superpowers, “Documentation reviewed” means publisher information was read to describe a use case, setup considerations and a first task. It does not mean the tool was connection-tested, benchmarked, security-audited or approved for your organization.

A real-work example

A listing can explain that an MCP connection may change workspace data without proving that your account permissions are correctly configured.

Try this next

  1. Read the linked publisher source and the listing review date.
  2. Check the exact version, account permissions and policies that apply to you.
  3. Use your own evaluation and approval process before production use.

Put it into practice

This is Superpowers editorial guidance, not a claim that a particular tool has passed an evaluation.
