A real-work example
An agent drafts a weekly project summary from a test workspace. It can read selected records and produce a draft; a person approves any message or issue update.
Try this next
- Name the owner, goal and acceptance criteria. Define the starting inputs and the exact deliverable.
- List allowed reads and writes separately. Start with a test account and a narrow source set; do not give access simply because a connector offers it.
- Set a time or usage budget, an action limit and explicit stop conditions for missing context, repeated failure or unclear authority.
- Try ordinary, ambiguous, duplicate and unavailable-tool cases. Inspect the execution record and the final result.
- Keep a person at consequential handoffs. Record failures, recovery steps and the evidence needed before expanding the pilot.
