How to build a campaign with AI and keep your voice
Use AI for research organization, draft options and review support. Keep the audience, promise and publishing decision with a person.
What you will make: A campaign brief, draft assets and a reviewed publishing plan.
Choose the audience and promise
Write the audience’s situation and the problem your offer addresses in plain language. Add the facts you can substantiate and mark anything you still need to verify. Decide the conversion event before drafting. Your first deliverable is a brief another person could understand without a meeting.
AI can help: Organize your notes and surface gaps in the brief.
Your review: Choose the audience, promise and measurable goal.
Research the questions
Research two or three specific questions rather than asking for a complete market strategy. Keep the original links and dates with each claim. Read the linked material yourself, and remove statistics that do not apply to your audience or offer.
AI can help: Find source leads and summarize relevant passages.
Your review: Open the sources and decide which evidence belongs in the campaign.
Draft a few directions
Ask for a few meaningfully different directions, not dozens of minor wording variations. Pick one based on the brief, then rewrite it in your voice. Use visual tools for concept exploration and check image rights, accuracy and accessibility before choosing final assets.
AI can help: Draft copy and visual directions you can compare.
Your review: Select and edit the direction that fits the audience and evidence.
Review the whole experience
Review the copy and destination together. Check that the price, promise, dates and next step agree. Read the message aloud, test links and check the experience on a small screen. Remove invented scarcity, testimonials or guaranteed outcomes.
AI can help: Create a checklist and flag possible inconsistencies.
Your review: Verify claims, links, accessibility and the final destination.
Prepare delivery and learn
Prepare delivery only after approval. Record the channel, destination, owner and success measure. After launch, compare observed results with the baseline and note tracking or sample limitations. A model can suggest explanations, but those explanations remain hypotheses until investigated.
AI can help: Summarize observed results after you supply the actual numbers.
Your review: Authorize publishing and interpret results before changing the campaign.
