Run a fair comparison.

Give each candidate the same sample and allowed time. If it cannot perform the whole task, record the extra tool or manual step. For a capture tool, run a consented test meeting; do not pretend a text-only test measures transcription quality.

Fictional project check-in, October 19, 2026.
Maya: We agreed to pilot the booking page with five volunteers. I will draft the invitation by October 21.
Leo: I can check the page accessibility, but I cannot commit to a date until I see the draft.
Maya: We have not chosen a launch date. The $300 research budget is a proposal, not approved spending.
Nina: I will send the five volunteer names to Maya by October 20. Please keep their contact details in our private project folder.
Leo: I will tell the team my review date after Maya sends the draft.

Acceptance checks

Record date, plan, model/settings, output, errors, work time, correction time and export result. A failed check remains a failure even when the draft looks polished.
